Our approach
1. Understanding your needs
We start by listening carefully to understand your recruitment needs; the role, its key skills, and the scope of the project. Our expert psychologists will then recommend a tailored assessment journey. You’ll have a chance to review and try out the tools yourself, so we can finalise the project together.
2. Customising your assessment approach
Once you’ve selected the assessment tools, our psychologists will help determine the most appropriate norm groups, cut-off scores, and timelines. This ensures the assessment process effectively identifies the best-fit candidates for the role. We’ll also agree how you’d like the results presented, such as A–D grading or pass/fail outcomes.
3. Candidate set-up for testing
From there, the process is easy. Just send us your candidate names and emails, and we’ll take care of the rest! You can choose the testing approach and level of support that works best for your organisation:
- Unsupervised testing – Candidates complete assessments independently. We’ll manage everything remotely and deliver a shortlist of best-fit candidates.
- Supervised testing with OPC Support – Run in-house sessions using our candidate access codes and remote guidance, or let our Talent Assessors handle everything for you. Assessments can take place at any of your sites, or at our Watford Talent Centre.
Either option saves you time, reduces admin pressure, but still maintains a professional, high-quality candidate and client experience.
4. Swift, clear results
Once candidates’ testing is complete, our BPS accredited Talent Assessors will quickly interpret the results and provide a clear shortlist to support confident next-stage decisions.
