We know that attending an assessment centre can be a stressful time, which is why making the candidate experience as positive as possible is important to us at The OPC. We strive to continuously improve the candidate experience we provide which is why we administered a short survey to our client's candidates asking for feedback on their assessment experience. Over 90% reported a positive experience where the assessors were reported as:

- presenting the candidates with clear instructions
- being friendly and helpful
- making the candidates feel relaxed and at ease
- being professional and efficient
