FREE webinar on how Non-Technical Skills (NTS) can help improve safety performance in rail organisations
The Occupational Psychology Centre is pleased to be hosting a second, 45-minute webinar to explore Non-Technical Skills (NTS) further on Wednesday 5th May 2021, GMT 09:30am to 10:15am.
For a number of years, OPC psychologists have been working alongside UK and International rail clients to explore and develop a greater understanding of NTS and how they can help improve safety performance in safety-critical organisations, and in particular within the rail industry.
During this next webinar, we will examine evidence demonstrating how NTS can help managers to:
- Predict the future training, job, and safety performance of rail candidates at recruitment;
- Improve the safety performance of rail employees with a history of incidents;
- Predict team members who are at risk of a future safety incident, and;
- Use NTS training to reduce future safety incidents amongst safety-critical employees within rail.
This webinar is suitable for managers, leaders, and/or operational personnel who would like to find out more about how NTS can be of benefit in improving safety performance in their job role, team, or within their organization.
The workshop will be run using Microsoft Teams software. We will also use Menti software to enable delegate participation and interaction.
We look forward to seeing you there!
