Situational Judgement Test (SJT) Practice

SJT Practice - Sample (PDF)

The Situational Judgement Test (SJT) Practice measures your ability to make correct judgements in situations that you may experience in the role you have applied for. The SJT Practice has been designed based on the format of many of OPC Assessment’s off-the-shelf SJT’s. Therefore, this practice test is suitable to help you prepare for a number of our tests & exercises, including:

  • Customer Service Situations (CSS);
  • Graduate Situational Judgement Test (GSJT);
  • Leadership Potential Indicator (LPI);
  • Magnificent 7 Situational Judgement Test (M7SJT);
  • Rail Situational Judgement Test (RSJT); and
  • Transport Situational Judgement Test (TSJT).

The full version of the SJT Practice consists of 12 questions based on difficult situations for an array of job roles and industries. You will also have guidance on how best to prepare for a SJT that you may have to sit and given hints and tips of how to do your best. Please note correct answers will not be provided for these practice questions as different answers will depend upon the type of SJT and the employing organisation.

"I was really glad that the OPC had good quality materials for each of the tests I was invited to undertake. Not only did it allow me to prepare for my assessments in advance but also it allowed me to really gain an insight into what I was going to expect."

Why Practice?

The purpose of a practice test is to familiarise you with what will be expected of you when you complete the real test. It is not a mini version of the real test, nor is it intended to train you to pass the real test. Therefore, you will find the contents of the practice test to be similar, but not identical to the real test.

Regardless of whether you are sitting an online or paper version of the test, the practice materials will still help you to do your best, even if you do the practice on paper.

If you have been invited to complete a test designed by OPC Assessment, it is recommended you practice for that test with authorised practice materials that have also been designed by OPC Assessment.
