Rules Acquisition Aptitude Test (RAAT) Practice

RAAT Practice Test - Free Sample (PDF)

The Rules Acquisition Aptitude Test (RAAT) Practice assesses your ability to understand and reason with railway-related rules and regulations.

The RAAT Practice has been designed based on the logic of many tests, specifically OPC Assessment’s off-the-shelf RAAT, that you may be asked to sit for an assessment centre. This practice test is suitable for those applying for roles within the rail industry, and other safety-critical roles requiring the learning and following of rules and regulations.

The full version of the RAAT practice test consists of 27 multiple-choice questions based on information given in a series of passages of text. You will also have guidance on how to score the practice test and have access to the answers and explanations so you can see where you may have made a mistake and to help you improve.

There is also a free sample practice available with 6 multiple-choice questions.

To purchase the full RAAT Practice test in PDF format just click ‘add to basket’.

"The practice test was a very good at replicating the actual test. It especially help me with my timing for the paper. I found it invaluable preparation for the full test."

Why Practice?

The purpose of a practice test is to familiarise you with what will be expected of you when you complete the real test. It is not a mini version of the real test, nor is it intended to train you to pass the real test. Therefore, you will find the contents of the practice test to be similar, but not identical to the real test.

Regardless of whether you are sitting an online or paper version of the test, the practice materials will still help you to do your best, even if you do the practice on paper.

If you have been invited to complete a test designed by OPC Assessment, it is recommended you practice for that test with authorised practice materials that have also been designed by OPC Assessment.
