Verification Tests
Online assessments have become a popular and efficient selection method for evaluating candidates' suitability for a job role, but verifying their authenticity can pose challenges. To support clients in addressing this challenge, OPC Assessment have released a number of verification tests through Candela™, our online testing platform.
A verification test is a shorter version of the main ‘parent’ test, serving as a follow-up to an unsupervised assessment. In situations where candidates have initially completed the parent test online and unsupervised, they can be invited at a later date to complete the verification test, still online, but in a supervised testing session. A similarity in performance across the parent test and verification test helps to authenticate and verify.
