New! 'Time Limit Extender' feature and other tools on Candela
We are excited to announce the latest update to our user-friendly online testing platform, CandelaTM: the 'Time Limit Extender' feature. This new tool allows administrators to extend test session durations by a specific percentage, in line with best practice guidelines and your company's HR and compliance policies for accommodations.
A helpful guide on how to use the ‘Time Limit Extender’ is available on our platform. This feature enables reasonable adjustments for qualifying candidates, such as individuals with neurodiverse requirements, provided this has been agreed in advance of the testing date. These adjustments are important to ensure the fairness of online psychometric testing, while also facilitating the move from paper and pencil tests to digital versions without compromising fairness.
Additionally, you may not be aware that our platform contains candidate monitoring tools to manage and support challenges around unsupervised testing. Candela users can view a record of candidate activity from test sessions. This can provide insight into the candidates activity and help when reviewing their performance.
