Description
The VSE is a new and innovative online test developed specifically to target roles in industries where concentration and multi-tasking are paramount. The VSE identifies those individuals who have the ability to focus and respond to numerous things simultaneously by remaining situationally aware. It looks specifically at an individual's ability to:
- Focus on key visual cues
- Respond accurately to key visual stimuli
- Multi-task
- Maintain concentration
- Remain situationally aware
Expert Online Reports: Safety Match for Train Drivers
