The SPQ reveals an individual's preferences and tendencies in relation to their behavioural style, typical characteristics and attitudes which are most helpful in predicting how an individual will perform in a station based role. The questionnaire is supported by excellent validation evidence. The questionnaire is un-timed and consists of 100 questions.
