    Description

The PPT is a true-to-life simulation through which a candidate’s planning skills may be assessed. The candidate must organise contractors, rooms and staff for a fictitious construction company, planning who will meet with whom, when and in what rooms. In addition, the candidate must modify the plans to take account of increasingly complex alterations and difficulties, requiring the candidate to make constant changes to their plans.

The PPT is designed to be used with any professional, managerial or graduate role in which planning is a key characteristic required for successful performance. It can also be used with high level PA's, secretaries and administrators where planning is central to effective working.
