Description
Available on our online test and exercise platform, the PPQ profiles the specific personality traits, attitudes and behavioural styles that are associated with success in a professional environment.
The PPQ, like any other assessment tool which aids the selection and/or development process, can be used in conjunction with other assessment tools. For example, you could use a structured interview where the assessor explores areas of concern highlighted by the PPQ, together with collecting specific evidence from the candidate's past work experience which is directly relevant to the role in question.
The PPQ contains 10 scales and is ideal for use with any role where quality and/or customer service is important. The questionnaire consists of 110 questions.
