Description
Available on our Extranet online test and exercise system the CSPQ profiles the specific personality traits, attitudes and behavioural styles known to pre-dispose people to the provision of exceptional customer service.
The questionnaire consists of 8 scales relating directly to 8 of the customer service competencies and it has 90 questions. It is ideal for front-line customer service staff working with customers either directly over the telephone or in writing. It is also ideal for first-line supervisors and managers and those employees for whom internal clients or customers are key contacts for the role.
